Ann McGinity teaches a basket weaving workshop for beginners at the School Service Access Arts Guild in Columbia on Saturday February 23, 2008. This class ran from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., only had three students in it and cost $35 per person. I made a basket for myself after taking these pictures. I absolutely loved it, because of the meditative state I would find myself in while weaving the basket. I think it was in part due to the natural feel of the Asian Sea Grass and Thai Water Reeds.
